During the initial meeting, implementation of the selected services will be discussed and a starting date for the services will be negotiated. The only fee that will be charged before the agreed upon start date for the services will be the initial $800.00 consultation fee. If no agreement can be reached during the initial consultation meeting. A decision will be made to schedule subsequent meetings, so that an implementation schedule can be established for the services. Each subsequent planning meeting will cost $500.00. All product refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. All monthly meeting payments entitle the customer to 8 hours of planning time per month. Customers can arrange a mutually agreed upon meeting schedule by contacting R.
