The deliverable’s planning meeting is mandatory before service contracts are created. The meetings help customers to identify their service needs. During the meeting, we will create timelines for service implementation, and identify areas that need to be addressed during the timeline so that profitability goals can be achieved.

R.L.V.I. reserves the right to cancel a member’s service contract, because of inappropriate behavior at any time. An annual service purchase saves you 15% per year. Please note that the cost includes a non- refundable fee of $800.00, which is charged for the mandated deliverables planning meeting prior to the acceptance of a consultation or planning project. Cancellation requests must be submitted to R. Lamon. Venture Interests using our contact page online or directly by e-mail at raynauldlamon@rlamonventureinterests.com. Refunds are generally processed within 5- 7 days after requests are approved.

After the customer pays for a periodical or publication, they will be provided a link that will allow them to download the periodical or publication, If the periodical or publication is not able to be downloaded immediately after purchase. Customers will also be given the option of receiving the published material by mail upon request if they do not want to download the periodical or publication. Items will be delivered by the USPS. if requested. No refund will be processed for the product, after it has been downloaded. No refund for a periodical or publication that has been shipped to your address will be processed. Customers can request that a replacement item be sent to them if they did not receive the original periodical or publication. If the periodical or publication is part of a subscription, a refund equal to the remaining future charges will be processed with 7- 10
All information collected by R. Lamon Venture Interests will be retained by R. Lamon Venture Interests for business use only. No contact information collected by R. Lamon Venture Interests will be circulated to other businesses before customers are notified. After notification, customers will be given the right to deny circulating their information to other businesses working with R. Lamon Venture Interests who request their contact information. If the customer agrees to share their contact information with other businesses who work with R. Lamon Venture Interests, R. Lamon Venture Interests will only share e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. R. Lamon Venture Interests will not forward the requesting businesses the social security numbers, account numbers, or dates of birth of our customers.
R. Lamon Venture Interests reserves the right to cancel subscriptions and orders at any time if improprieties ae suspected. After service or consulting orders are placed a representative from R. Lamon Venture Interests will follow up with you to schedule an initial planning meeting to determine if your business needs can be accommodated by R. Lamon Venture Interests. During the initial meeting, implementation of the selected services will be discussed and a starting date for the services will be negotiated. The only fee that will be charged before the agreed upon start date for the services will be the initial $800.00 consultation fee. If no agreement can be reached during the initial consultation meeting. A decision will be made to schedule subsequent meetings, so that an implementation schedule can be established for the services. Each subsequent planning meeting will cost $500.00. All product refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Service refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, after the initial consultation fee of $800.00 has been subtracted from the amount paid.
All monthly meeting payments entitle the customer to 8 hours of planning time per month. Customers can arrange a mutually agreed upon meeting schedule by contacting R.
