Lamon Venture Interests in 2016.  Raynauld has more than 13 years of experience in laboratory research and process development. Raynauld has more than 17 years of experience in business development, accounting, sales, marketing, inventory management, operational design, value proposition creation, and business financing.  Raynauld's research areas of specialization are as follows: the development of efficient routes for the synthesis of natural products, the design of novel organometallic reagents for application in natural product synthesis, the development of novel synthetic methods for application in natural product synthesis, rational drug design, the development of enzyme-mediated  or catalyst-mediated kinetic resolution for application in organic synthesis,  the use of solid supports to synthesize organic compounds,  the development of cellular assays which may be utilized to evaluate either compound cytotoxicity or structure and activity relationships, the development of surfactants for business or consumer use, and the manufacturing of organometallic compounds for business or consumer use. Raynauld earned his Ph.D in organic chemistry from the University of Notre Dame. Raynauld earned his MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of South Florida. Raynauld earned his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois. Raynauld has worked for chemical manufacturer's like Witco Chemical (Lanxess) and Nalco Chemical.  Raynauld has taught organic chemistry at Roosevelt University and the University of Tampa. Raynauld entered the field of business development in 2008 at International Profit Associates.
